with PC network points, telephones and internet access and a Lucent
Definity Telecommunications system. Our telephone services range from
individual agent performance, conference calls, call recording and
predictive dialler. Each centre has it’s own staff rest areas, access
control and server rooms. These centres are available equipped with
all these services or unfurnished.
